I'm a Viet Nam veteran and never imagined I would be commenting on the good quality of something made in that country. But, it is a good product with strong materials cut in a way which made assembly easy. A few years ago I purchased solid wood table and it was just as good.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well made this chair is! It’s also got a wide seat and arm rests which is perfect for my disabled mother to sit in. The only downside is wheels cannot be locked in place but that’s all. It took about two hours to put together because of all the screws but it’s worth it. We might purchase three more.

I like this chair. Plenty of seat room. Can be finished or left as is. Easy to assemble. Sturdy.

After putting the chair together, it looked very nice and sturdy. Would recommend this chair.

They went together very easily parts were good and very sturdy I did my staining and varnishing before I put them together and then added cushions to them. very comfy!

This product was received 9/3/2020; in Feb 2021 this chair had been used about 3-5 hours for sitting Mon-Friday...that's 5 months of less than 20 hours per week use.Was not hard to assemble just took a while.Comfort rating--it's wood and hurts to sit on unless you put down a VERY thick cushion.The chair is ridiculously low to the ground. They've conveniently left off the seat height in the description so here it is: 14" w/o casters and 16.5" with casters. Normal dining seat height is 18-19" at least in the USA.The worst part, and remember this seat was used for 5 months: in February we started noticing these little metal balls all over the floor. They were the ball bearings---they came out of each caster rendering the chair useless. DO NOT PURCHASE. Total waste of $160!

We had to return one of chairs as two parts were missing. Also the chairs are made in Vietnam but distributed by an American company.

These chairs are very nice. They are sturdy and attractive. The problem is that I had fully assembled and glued the chair together except the arms (they go on last) and when I unwrapped the arms which looked fine through the plastic wrap, one was broken in half. I now have an unreturnable chair with one arm. I took photos. It’s broken in a way that is irreparable and would be impossible for me to have done myself. I contacted Amazon to get a replacement part but they said I would have to return it (I explained that this was impossible) or they could give me a refund up to $24. This does not help.If you are lucky enough to get all of the parts in good condition, these chairs are great. If you’re not that lucky, you’ll be doing a lot of leg work for someone else’s mistake.
