Fit perfect
This mirror was for a 2009 gmc savanna. It was easy to install and fit perfectly. My only complaint is that the mirror vibrates at high speed.

Fit 2016 Chevrolet Express 2500
It was fairly easy to install, it came with some little bolts but decided to use the ones that originally came from the van because they were longer. The mirror doesn't shake.
