They are just a little bit to long I will have to order them again I can not close the door all the way on my heater so I will have to get one of my old filters and call it to get the right filter to b put in my unit

Works as advertised - just check your measurements
Works as advertised. Just please don't make the same mistake I did. Went to the big box store and bought a different brand. Quickly learned that 5" could mean 4.5", 4.75", or 4.16765472876931" (I'm being dramatic on the last measurement but you get the point). Soo, my first purchase was too big. I remeasured and bought these according to their "actual" size of less than 5". Their reported size was correct so I was successfully able to replace the filter. I'd buy these again.So before you buy ANY brand - really read what the ACTUAL measurements are.

Company made it right
This is the second time I’ve ordered these filters. The first time was great. This time they were smashed on the ends but the shipping box was perfectly fine. Also, they were packaged in 2’s and the packaging there was ripped open. The first time I got them they were packaged individually. That’s so much better to keep them clean until use. I would’ve normally returned them but I was late changing my filter and they should still work. Disappointed though.UPDATE: Company made it right. Wouldn't hesitate now to buy again.

Like everything else we wish things were more affordable. Some of us like to take the time and research a product so we can feel as if we're not over paying. I don't really write many reviews, but I can say this product is the best bang for your valuable buck. I am a repeat customer.
