Mojotone Large Check Grill Cloth 32" Wide

I picked up a used Marshall 1960b cabinet and wanted to spruce it up a bit. This checkerboard cloth looks great. It might have taken me an hour or so to pull the speakers, pull the baffle, remove the old cloth, staple the new cloth on, and reassemble. I worked as an upholsterer for a while so it was pretty simple. The lines on the cloth are easy to keep straight. I only have a couple pulls on mine, but they're not that noticeable.

I bought a Marshall 4x12 on the cheap because a previous owner decided to cut the grill cloth out rather than repair it. I have never replaced the grill cloth on any cabinet, but thought it couldn’t be too difficult. I ordered this style, as I’m also replacing the stock G12T-75 speakers with a quad of UK-made Greenbacks, so I wanted to return to that classic Marshall cab look. I watched one YouTube video on installing the cloth, and disassembled the cab to get started. All it takes it a bit of patience and attention, along with a staple gun, small hammer, and scissors or a razor cutter. In no time, it doubled the value of the cabinet on appearance alone! Just waiting on new logos for the front, and it’ll be back to rockin’ good health!This is a very nice quality cloth that looks great in this 4x12. The seller delivered it quickly, and one yard was more than big enough for the grill frame in a Marshall 1960A style cabinet.

I've had a few Marshall 4x12 cabinets, the one pictured is the first I ever restored. The mojo Material is nice, good quality and appearance and plenty to do the job. I can't tell you if this is as good as original because all I ever had before needed to be taken off and burned LOL

Have ordered large check marshall type grill cloth before from several vendors, it always matched well. This seller mojotone didn't match - it's a dull gray, noticably darker, a poor match.

This grill cloth looks just like the original. It is strong and the amp looks as good as it did 30 years ago.
