Bought this for my fiancee and she loves it. Excellent bit of kit for the price and would highly recommend for anybody. Delivery was hassle free and prompt. Does require to be built up but it's a doddle unless your a complete moron.Quick update, one of the lugs for the adjustable straps on the peddles broke of while adjusting, contacted seller and within a few hours had a response to clarify which peddle it was. Within a few days had a new peddle and my fiancee is back on the bike, great customer service !!

There were scratches all over and it looked really poor quality from the start, but once we set up on the first spin, the pedal came clean off. This wasn't a part you fit on, it's a pre built on section that shouldn't ever come off, so clearly damaged goods. The fact we ordered two and they are both rubbish is shameful. It's absolutely disgusting, I hope nobody buys this.

I like the bike but I have to say it has its issues, and mainly it’s the seat.The seat is incredibly uncomfortable and gives sit bone pain, crotch pain, numbness and friction and even with a thick gel cushion it’s still so bad I can barely spend half an hour before I’m in agony and this has been ongoing since the new year - I use it every day yet can’t get used to it and there’s no way to change the seat with an alternative unlike a street bike. Some days the pain is so excruciating the minute I get off the bike I’m near tears and so sore that I can’t even sit down for half an hour. It’s given me pain every day for three straight months.One other issue I’m having is that the knobs need to constantly be tightened every fifteen or so minutes...the handlebars will get a bit shoogly, the seat twists and squeaks a bit and I’ll need to get off and readjust them both. I’m assuming the vibration of use is slowly turning the screws/bolts so that they’re loosening. Never had this happen with other bikes (and this is my seventh exercise bike).Final issue is that one of the foot straps literally burst three weeks into use. I had to put an entire tube of strong elastic glue around it to try and glue it together but it snapped again after a few days. I now have no strap on the right side.Otherwise, the pedals hold weight well for standing cycling, the handlebars work well, the display works well and it has a phone stand (which isn’t very secure and looks out of place as it’s white). The bike is very heavy, not easy to move about or lift up stairs on your own if you need to move it.If you’re the kind of cyclist who stands to pedal more than sits, go for it, but if you need to be on this at minimum an hour a day, as a sitting cyclist, you’ll suffer badly even with padding. For me it serves purpose but I regret purchasing it because I can’t do even 25% of what I used to be able to do with the old bike I had.

Excellent buy! I received the goods quickly. Put it together in 30 minutes without the instructions, it's that easy.Top quality bike, feels solid, almost as good as a gym spin bike. I'm 5 10' and the size is perfect. My better half is 5 4' and the seat adjustment suits her well too.Computer works well switching between several measurements. And the bike is quiet enough to use in the living room and not drown out the tv at all. Highly recommended!

I was unsure about this spin bike as there were no reviews. What a bargin,very sturdy,very solid easy to assemble.very happy, very impressed.

Bought this to get and therefore keep fit during the damp, dark winter months! I’ve used it a lot and I’m a heavy lad. It’s stayed together, works well, it’s comfortable (which helps returning to it). I’ve had to tighten a few bits since the initial set up but nothing drastic. I would recommend this for fitness and regular use. If you are after something high end and are looking to spend 2 hours a time doing Zwift or something it’s probably not for you but if your using it to keep the fitness up by steeling 45 minutes a few evenings a week so you are prepared for long summer rides it’s not a bad solution.

I'm 6.4 and weight 115 kilos and needed a heavy set bike and this bike does the job.. for a bigger body person with longer legs, this works just fine..

Can't understand all the issues with the saddle - all saddles are uncomfortable until you get used to them! This is a very sturdy bike unlike others in this price range. Heavy and well made. No problems with the assembly although I am still using it without the monitor until I get round to finding batteries. Great for those of us of smaller stature and small feet, although cleated pedals would be great, these do go down really small.
