SPANX Lust Have Slimming Teddy, Elegant Pearl, Small

Loved the looks of this teddy. Loved Spanx products. This item has snaps that do not stay snapped. The cup size it small and has no stretch. I bought mine at a local department store, then washed and wore. After 5 minutes I knew there was a problem. Compared the snaps to a Victoria Secret teddy and their snaps stayed engaged. Compare this teddy to another from Spanx, the other had hooks and eyes. I was not going to write a bad review, instead I contacted Spanx. The customer service thanked me for my input. They suggested I return the item to the store, which of coarse I can't because I removed the tags, washed and wore. I checked the sizing chart. I bought a size up, because I am 5'6-1/2" tall and wanted to make sure it was long enough. I have a "C" cup and the large did not fit. And I mean, did not fit by a lot. Spanx did not offer to send me a coupon, refund, nothing. For a company to allow something so flawed to hit the shelves and charge $70+, then not back their design flawed product is unacceptable.
