I was prescribed this product for tendonitis and carpal tunnel. I am to use it overnight and as much as I can during the day. Honest Medical will not send the replacement until I return the defective product. It is very effective for my condition and it took about a week for me to receive the first order so I guess I will just keep the defective one since the condition is very painful.
