ORIGINAL REVIEW: I love this pan! I like to cook my bacon in the oven and this is perfect for this. The bacon does not stick at all. It is easy clean up too. I am sure I will use it for other things in the future but right now it is my dedicated bacon pan!UPDATE: I originally gave this 5 stars. Now 5 months later I am reducing the stars to 1. The pan has not lasted well. It has discolored and the ceramic coating has chipped away in places on the inside bottom cooking surface. It now takes as much scrubbing as a non-stick pan to clean. This is probably because it is not made well enough to withstand 400 degree convection oven backing up to 25 minutes. I will be tossing it out and buying a more rugged one.

I bought this to compliment a much larger ceramic baking pan that we've been using for nearly two decades, expecting this to be just as 'ceramic' as "old faithful". Unfortunately, the so-called ceramic applied to this product is extremely thin (more like a coating of paint than actual ceramic), allowing the coating to begin flaking after just our second use. For reference, I was a professional ceramic, porcelain and marble tile installer and know firsthand what real ceramic can handle. I am extremely disappointed with such false advertising and have no choice but to toss this one out (I absolutely hate prematurely throwing 'new' things away) and try to hunt down a proper "ceramic" pan of similar size, but from some other company.

Really lightweight; when I first got the package I thought it was empty. I really like this pan and the color though. Just be aware that light ceramic can stain a little, wash it right away to minimize that. I've had this pan for a few years now and it's held up really well.

I love the pan. I do wonder how the ceramic coating would have held up if my son hadn't decided to use to create a home (full of pea gravel) for some amphibians he collected while exploring our pond. As a result, it has a couple of little scratches and still functions, so I really can't complain.

Really like this pan. I wash it by hand because I am concerned the nice color will fade. But very easy to clean. Works great in the convection oven.

I am so disappointed to say that after I used this pan once, the ceramic cracked and began to flake off around the fissure. The experience of using it to bake was awesome, and nothing stuck to it!I am unsure of why it cracked, honestly. I am careful with my things, and I even hand washed it. I heard that they crack easily, so I checked the pan before use, and it was free of fissures.In my opinion, the ceramic on this particular pan is extremely thin.Please be advised that it is also very shallow!So disappointing. :-/

Love these pans! If you are looking for a cook pan that fits in a Force10 boat oven, this is it. It's a true 9x13 without all the extra handles and edging, so it works out just right. Easy to clean, durable so far.
