Wonderful Alto Flute
I have played an older Gemeinhardt 11A, a current Pearl model 206 and now the Di Zhao 100. I have to say hands down the Di Zhao has the best tone color, intonation and projection of each of these. There is no loss of these qualities in using the curved head which I have experienced on other alto flutes. The added thumb key Bb roller and D# key roller add to the ease of playing. This will be my first pick for my upcoming musical gig. Flute Center of New York, the seller was great. Highly recommend. (Prior military band member and private teacher review)
