The headphones I ordered had a perfect 5.0 rating. After receiving the package, the instructions were in German. I went to the order detail to see if I could figure out how to get to the manual. It was then that I realized that the perfect 5.0 rating was actually fraudulent. The actual ratings consisted of 5 ratings between a 1 and a 2 star. These headphones were not what I ordered, they provide terrible sound quality, and cannot be used for conference calls. It is unfortunate that Amazon allows for this type of ratings fraud, as consumers rely heavily on them.

When I ordered from this company... I can assure you that there were hundreds of reviews and all mainly 4-5 stars. I come back after I receive my item and the reviews are 1-2 stars. I am SO confused. These headphones aren't BAD... the left one doesn't work for me. I can't have just the left one in and not the right.. I prefer to have 1 headphone in a lot so I can still sorta hear what is going on around me. I'm just so confused? I am sending these back.

I bought these in August based on an affordable price along with decent reviews. I work out every day and sweat--A LOT. For the first few months, I was in love with them. They fit my ears well, the sound was excellent and very easy to use. Last week after only THREE months, one of the buds died. Don't waste your money if you are looking to use them during a workout. They won't last.

I was pretty excited about these little guys. The reviews about the ease of pairing were true, they linked up with my iPhone X immediately. The volume, however, was pretty low even after I adjusted the sound on my phone. The treble was also painfully high even after I adjusted the sound on my phone. Overall, my $25 headphones I bought from Walgreens blew the sound quality out of the water. The only downside to those is they are not wireless. My hunt continues and I will be returning these wireless guys this week.

I bought these earbuds for ease and comfort. However, they do not want to stay connected all of the time. Plus, people have a hard time hearing me sometimes (and that is when it is quiet around). Other than that, they charge fast and I can hear very well with them. Would buy them again.

These worked well with light use for the first day or two, and then consistently cut out audio on and off when I was connected to any device like a laptop or phone. They were not damaged, the Bluetooth drivers were reinstalled and reconnected and everything, but the headphones really don't work well at all. Almost impossible to listen to anything and very frustrating with it cutting in and out all the time.Contacted seller and was offered small refund, but I would simply prefer working headphones

The item in the picture and the description is not what I received. I didn’t realize until today when I came to try to return them and saw that what’s i have and what was ordered is 1) completely different and 2) that the hundreds of reviews and 5 stars suddenly have vanished. It is just past the 30 day return window so i guess I am stuck $35 short, crappy pair of junk that don’t sync and have blown out. Very disappointing.

They look nice but the reading material is not in English. Other than Google, not sure how my mom would've figured it out as this was a gift to her.
