The opening on one side on the bottom is too large for a baby turtle 1.5 to 2 inches across! One of my babies got stuck, wedged inside & broke its little neck & drowned‼️I lie was horrible & I figured out I had to put rocks on that side to weigh it down‼️

I love this little thing. It's so cute, looks pretty darn realistic. I bought it as a hide for a very young, very small ball python. Before I could use it, I had to take my Dremel tool to it and grind down all the sharp edges. I'm talking I could've cut my hands on them. I've found that to be a problem with a lot of resin things for fish and reptiles. Manufacturers should be conscious of the fact that a pet with a cut isn't something anybody wants. Otherwise, it's cute, functional, perfect size for a young snake, sturdy, and was packaged well.

Good but not great. It fits and has a large upper platform. Only issue is that it floats. It doesn't have a hole to allow the air to flow out of so it gets air bubbles. Being made of plastic or of a light material they have no weight and are easily moved.

Used for a small, young turtle for about a week. Under side started to bubble and peel. Turtle was lethargic, unsure if coincidence since plastic flaking off, but threw away after 1 week since damaged in water.

There is no suction. Which is fine. Looks too fake in my opinion but it good.
