I love it
This has totally changed the way I charge my stuff, everyone needs one of these sweet baby's. I didn't realize what a mess all my charging stuff was. its great for my phone but flashlights and everything else gets a faster charge on this. I'm a little busier than most people I think and I try to simplify everything I can. I didn't know what I was missing with this. also we had a bad storm a couple weeks ago and our power was out for a few days, phones and flashlights were really important then. this charger made everything better. when you've lost all modern things we're used to living with you appreciate something like this even more. I bought a generator but by then most of it was over. I used this charger more than anything else for phones and light. still great for daily use but even better for back up power. I haven't seen a unit better then this one. I'll be buying the bigger version of it for computers and stuff. and a solar panel for those ruff times

Ok, not awesome. Keep in use, don’t store it and expect it to be ready for emergencies.
I’ve had this unit for a year now. I originally bought it to replace a bunch of individual adapters for frequent travel. The intention is to be able to power my dell powerhouse work laptop, 2 cell phones, 2 iPads, and several other miscellaneous portable devices. I packed my 87w Apple usb c power brick as a single input power source, the Sherpa to act as a charging hub, and a variety of cables to handle the various devices. 6 business trips and a 2-week trip to Japan all in 2 months, (2 weeks in japan with ONLY a backpack, ultra light travel) and I’m fairly happy with the Sherpa 100 ac. It was able to handle everything from my work laptop to charging multiple devices overnight in the hotel, and standalone charging on trains and while trekking around on foot. So, from the perspective of daily use for many purposes, it’s pretty good. Tho a slight bit heavy, and fairly sizable, but it’s got a lot packed in there. It’s Not “awesome” tho, it seriously needs more usb a & c ports and some updates to better accommodate today’s urban jungle. 6 or more USB ports would be much more useful!!However, today I discovered a fairly disappointing problem. I have not used the unit in a couple months, it’s been sitting on my desk. Over that time I have occasionally turned it on to observe the battery level. It pretty much ALWAYS says 99%. so this evening I wanted to use the Sherpa to meter the charge rate of a new USB c cable that I’m reviewing, and so I plugged in my dead iPad Pro, and turned on the Sherpa. It ramped up to 30 watts as expected and said 2.5 hours remaining, which is close to the expected 100w capacity, no problem. Came back 10 minutes later, and it said battery dead on the screen and had shut off. So, the monitoring system failed, and the battery does not hold a charge for emergency storage. If the monitor had told me over these months that the battery was draining, I would have put it on a charger to maintain it. Glad I didn’t need it for an emergency!Gotta say I’m really disappointed in both the ability to store a charge, and that the monitoring system flat out lies even with a significant load running. I’ve got $20 no-name generic usb battery packs that hold more charge in a year than this thing did in a few months. For the $300 cost of this thing, I have a reasonably better expectation than that. Unfortunately both of those problems are things one only discovers well after purchase. So, I would just say this: if you’re buying this to use for emergencies, make sure you keep it in regular rotation otherwise you’re going to be very disappointed come time to use it. I would suggest that you put the Sherpa inline with your regular charging system, so that it is being cycled and maintains a charge. Unplug the source now and then and let it run down so you don’t fry the battery from too much input. In other words, maintain the battery properly. I will be putting mine into my multi-device charging station that gets used by 4 people every night. On a side note, the main power input charging port on the Sherpa is a proprietary connection, requiring either a goal zero solar panel, or the purchase of a $20 adapter cable. Again, really a pain in the backside and a relatively greedy aspect of goal zero. Yes you can charge it with usb c input, but that sucks up one of the 2 ports, leaving only one available for charging. It would be much better to be able to output 2 usb c devices while powering the Sherpa as well. Especially in today’s mobile environment where things are moving to Usb c.All in all, this is a good concept, I love that it has wireless charging, AC inverter, and both usb A & C all built in, it’s a very diverse set of tools crammed into one relatively portable box, but it needs some tweaks and updates to keep up with today’s mobile devices. It is plenty big enough for 2 wireless pads, more usb c ports, 90w input charge capacity on usb c, and a monitoring system that tells the truth. For a frequent traveler, looking for a single device that can handle a ton of different uses, the Sherpa Is a fair contender.... it’s just lacking those small things that would really make it a superstar.3 stars because while it’s a very capable concept, the inability to store and properly report on battery charge is a significant issue. This thing has an advanced monitoring system that offers a bunch of useful info.... yet a basic stat like battery charge is lost.

Great Portable Battery About 6.4 Amp Hours
I've used this a total of about 5 times since using it. It's been a great little portable form of power! I take it with me when traveling. I charged it up with my 400 watt solar panels since I was generating excess power and it's been a great way to power other devices in the home that require less than 100 watts to run on AC power. I highly recommend this product! It's built with quality!

Bought New, Arrived Used
This is a review of the product, not a review of the fact that the "NEW" product I ordered was already used. Based on when I ordered (Texas without power for 3 days) I understand, but am not happy.Product arrived about when expected. Opened and discovered the seals had all be broken and the device had zero charge. USB A to USB C cable had been retied in a twist tie and had usage marks. Going through the menu (press and hold the UP arrow and click a few times) you can cycle through configuration options and get a report on device firmware and eventually the usage count showing the device has had 4 complete battery cycles already, and already passed through over 100W of input (charging) and output out the AC. Someone cleared the usage counters (useful for if you want to use the device to track efficiency of connected devices) on the individual DC, USB C, USB A, and AC ports in an attempt to hid the fact that it was used.On to the actual product itself.Charging via USB A to USB C with a 2.5A charger reports it will be full in about 8 hours. Gives a charge rate of about 11W with +/- of about 0.1W. Watching it for about the first 10% of the charge shows the 8 hour estimate seems accurate.Charing a phone (Pixel 4) via USB C to C or USB A to C produces expected results (Pixel gives estimate on charge time that looks about right). Even the Qi charging works without removing the case (if your case is thin enough, not metal, etc...) and reported it would charge to full in about 1.5 hours. With the output to Qi reported at 3-5W, that looks like a reasonable expectation as music playback, and screen was in use (Daydream mode on).Using AC produces expected results. The good features for why I bought this device vs some of the other vendors I see producing similar? The 8mm DC IN works with universal laptop chargers as well as the existing Goal Zero solar panels I have. The AC, USB, and Qi ports have individual On/Off switches to prevent unintentional discharge while not in use (e.g. bouncing around your backpack). It provides usage tracking. Specifically battery cycle tracking to ensure you know where you are on the Lithium battery life cycle (every device has a MTBF rating, and batteries have a max designed cycle rating). If the device is kept in a good environment for temp, humidity, etc, I fully expect this device (even if mine arrived slightly used) to last for 3-5 years minimum before I notice any issues.

HIGH END POWER BANK
Bought for home use as I am anticipating power outages this winter when it will easily keep my devices working. Charges in about 3 hours with a suitable adapter. Highly recommended.

Funktioniert leider überhaupt nicht. Wahrscheinlich defekt.
Bis jetzt sehr enttäuschend, obwohl so oft gelobt. Wahrscheinlich habe ich ein Montagsmodell erhalten. Keine Funktion, weder beim Aufladen, noch beim Abgeben an an andere Geräte. Lediglich Digitalanzeigen funktionieren. Ladestrom ist jedoch bisher in keine Richtung geflossen.
