Speakers, mic, fingerprint scanner sucks with case
Sept. 23, 2019 Update:Okay the cover for the S-Pen seems to have been broken in or something. It doesnt look quite like it closes all the way but it does seal I think. But it's real easy for it to come out if it were to be messed with at all... but.... after using for awhile the finger print scanner cover gets loose and doesnt want to register my finger print as well as it used to... but also if I put anyone on speaker phone they cant hear me at all because the mic is covered and they cant hear me as well with it just on a normal phone call. Also the speakers arent near as loud as they were before because they are covered also. I understand they are covered to make it waterproof... therefore I would recommend this case ONLY for days you might be going tubing down the river, waterpark, going out on a boat or other wet activities. So I will raise from 2 stars to 3. That's all they will get from me.2 stars for 1 reason. I was excited when I did the 30 min under water test with paper in the case(no phone) like the instructions say.... and I forgot it at 30 min.. at 1 hour under water I took it out and the paper inside was bone dry.... then I put my phone in the case.... the rubber thing that covers where the s pen goes doesn't close all the way with the phone in the case. And I have small fingers and hand and I cant even get to the s pen. To small of an opening. Which I kinda expected it to not be easy. Every thing else about the case I love though. To bad it doesn't do the one thing it says it should. And that's protect it from water.

Doesn't close on over the SPen
This would have been perfect if it wasn't for the cover over the SPen. It doesn't fit no matter how hard you push it down to make it fit. It always pops out. At the end of the day the galaxy note9 is a water proof phone, BUT THE S PEN ISN'T WATERPROOF. So if you have a galaxy note, be sure to order a case that the cover over the SPen actually closes and seals.

Item not as described (waterproof)
The plug that seals the S pen will not seal properly. This case is worthless if I can't plug it.
