Frustrating to use. Near impossible to get to pair correctly.
My main complaint with this is just that it's frustrating to use. It has this "cool" feature that the earbuds can be paired independently - for all the times your friend forget's theirs and wants to put one of your your eargunk-gunked buds into their own ear, I suppose - but it's difficult to get them to pair in tandem to the phone.I managed to do it once, but then I unpaired them for my wife to use and she couldn't figure it out, and I couldn't ever get it working correctly afterwards either.Sound quality is lacking but, whatever, they're wireless earbuds. You can't ask for much. The volume is REALLY LOW.They don't stick in my ears at all. I tried using a few different sizes of the jackets, but I they seem to just have a bad shape for me.As previously mentioned, these manage to get more earwax caked on them than do the q-tips I clean my ears with. In general I don't have an earwax problem, but I think the material of the jackets for these buds just attracts it somehow. It's gross. In the end I bought the Pamu Slide and they're a little better on sound, and significantly better about staying in my ears (though not perfect, as my wired earpods are). The in-ear thing on both weirds me out.

My New Favorites, Finally Found Some I Didn’t Hate!
This is the only pair I could find with this unique ear shape & it’s exactly what I was looking for. They don’t seal on your ears quite like most of them do (if that’s what you’re into), but I’m okay with that cause I still wanna head what’s around me when I’m wearing these. These are good for being active cause they’re the only pair that doesn’t fall out of my ears if I even just accidentally smile - which is why I don’t mind still hearing ambient noise. They’re sturdy & the case is sturdy, haven’t killed the battery yet, so no complaints. They can be a bit fumbling getting in & out of the case, so it will take you an extra second, but that’s not a deal-breaker for me at all. There is one thing I don’t like though - the touch controls are pretty jank. Most of the time I can’t get it to play/pause, so I just pull my phone out of my pocket. And I hung up on my fiancé’s mom about 3 or 4 times the other day just trying to adjust these in my ears haha. If you’re a heavy touch control user or a fidgety person, think twice.

Wow
Holy s____.... really shocked these are as good as they are. Sound quality is great on an iPhone 8 with Spotify equalizer heavily weighted to bass and treble end turned way down. Course, others my have different preferences but they work for me. I had an awful time with getting the 2 bids to pair together after a couple of days but found a great vid on YouTube that got me back on track.

These are Legit . . . for the First HowEverManyDays. . .
Compared 4 different budget-brand truly wireless earbuds (chose ones with best reviews), and these are the best in every category except connectivity.Pros:-Best fit and seal--earbuds did not fall out, even when chewing (others I tested with the more spherical ear tips fell out while chewing), and these have the best bass (because of the great seal) (bass still not close to as strong as good wired earbuds)-Best microphone sound quality (on both ends of calls)-Coolest lookingCons:-Connectivity can be unreliable (one earbud occasionally drops connection, sometimes pairing takes a minute, etc.)-Carry case does not indicate charge level of caseSo far so good! Great AirPod alternative! Will update if any major issues arise.* * * UPDATE 1/19/20 * * *I have two pair now, and both pairs have one earbud that no longer connects. I should have listened to the negative reviews. I took the gamble and they were great while they lasted. . . Probably you should steer clear.

subpar product, overpriced
I don't get the hype with wireless earbuds and gave this product a try (along with 2 other different wireless earbud products) and they're all... So subpar compared to wired earbuds, even the ones that don't plug into a 3.5mm jack but still have a thin wire connecting the two earbuds together have infinitely better sound.Go through the other 1-star reviews and you'll find other customers pointing out something similar. Wireless earbuds just can't get the same quality out as one with a wire. Also, the microphone. Good god, it is terrible. NO ONE can hear me talking on these, and the ones that can, often tell me I'm too quiet even though I'm speaking as loudly as I reasonably can in a given meeting room or office or room. It's not a matter of sound refraction (e.g. a room with lots of concrete will echo a lot whereas a room with lots of cloth will not have as much refraction). It's not a matter of how much you adjust the earbud in your ear; by the way, as others have stated, it is too large for some ears (mine included) causing significant ear pain as it stretches parts of my ear that should not be stretched.Furthermore, maintenance, ugh, ear wax gets all over it causing more time spent cleaning the damn thing than talking on the phone with the product itself. Finally, functionality. This one eats the cake. The earbuds will just randomly unpair themselves forcing you to do a hard reset (hold both earbuds for 20 seconds then repair fresh to whatever device you're trying to pair with). Or you will find yourself pulling the earbuds out of your ears placing them back in the charger unit quickly then pulling them back out quickly again in hopes that the earbuds will magically repair themselves, which many times they won't.All in all? 1/5 stars for this product. I'd rather spend less money on wired bluetooth earbuds with a proper working mic and buds that won't hurt my ears from stretching things it shouldn't be stretching. Also better battery life on those wired bluetooth earbuds than this wireless crap.
