Bathtub Shower Systems with Tub Faucet Matte Black Shower Fixtures 8'' Rain Shower Head with handheld sprayer and Tub Shower Faucet Combo

This is a really nice item and we really love it. The quality really seems good. The pressure is good and strong. I was a bit concerned with a rain shower head that there wouldn't be much pressure but there really is. One thing we really love is that the tub spout and shower head spray the water more to the middle of the tub. This means that we don't get water along the edges of the tub. The handheld hose is metal and doesn't get kinked up like a plastic hose does. Everything really seems to be great quality. It's all metal rather than just a bunch of plastic. We really love this system. We've been using it for a couple of weeks.The biggest negative is the instructions. There really isn't a lot of instruction on the installation and the pictures could be better. The only other item we're still working through is the diverter, we just have to get used to where the knob needs to be turned for each of the items.This was definitely a great buy. We spent a lot of time looking through stores and online for a shower system that included the valve, had a handheld shower and the diverter was not on the tub spout. We also wanted something that has an original look to is and we found it with this system.

The escutcheon for the shower head is a flat piece of metal shaped into a square. The one for the handle is bent like normal, and the tub spout is circular.The tub spout has the dumbest 3 piece setup ive ever seen, that has a set screw to tighten, which is a non-esistent measurement. I have every alan key imaginable, even security keys.The set backs for the install was written with the poorest of instructions and nothing goes plumb up and down, due to everything having its own distance required from finished wall. Due to this, installing the actual drops and handles was a gnarly pain in the ass, even though it was installed as best as possible to the chinese instructions and foresight. -the end result is a kit that is missmatched and i have yet to see if it will leak at the female/male connections, as I'm weary to.I would HIGHLY recommend NOT purchasing this. Looks cool, just is slapped together and needs to be re-engineered. Should have just spent the extra money for a Moen or a name brand.

The product looks good but none of standard tools work with tub spout. Our plumber and myself checked all hardware stores the socket require not available. The seller should include that with package. I am very disappointed. I can’t even return the product because it’s installed and tile in otherwise I would of ship it back.

I would give a 5 but it is not that easy to care for this product. I finally found that soft scrub and a magic eraser does the trick for water and fingerprints marks left on the product. The install is very time consuming. Maybe longer for us as we mounted in a tub surround and not a tiled tub shower area.All that said it works perfectly and the water pressure is a 10! I would buy again given all that I know now.

Paid almost $200 for this and cannot even use it, as it lacks a mixing valve and internal stops, both of which are building code requirements in many places in the US. It will cost a couple hundred dollars to have the plumber add the missing parts to this fixture. Well beyond the return window, so I'm just stuck with the loss.

They should put a bigger tube in the shower, since it is very short, it is not so easy to install, when you change to open different passages, water comes out from several places. very cute in the photo, but I am not satisfied with the shower having paid almost $ 200

no paperwork of any kind in web site with instructions. unless you are a plumber with experience . dont get this .

This is a beautiful shower piece. Be careful installing the arm for the rain head, it can strip and damage easily.
