I love it

So, the first time I used it I had a few issues. First, you need to use the shortest skewers you can find. I used longer ones and they guide couldn't go all the way down so the skewers got bent going in. This caused problems when cutting because a few skewers got in the way. Second, don't overload the box. You need to leave at least a 1/2 inch on top. I loaded it to the top and no matter how carefully I tried to cut the meat on top the kabobs were still connected on top when I took them out of the box.

I bought 2 packages (100ea) of wooden skewers, none would fit in the holder. I had to push them in by hand, and it takes a lot longer that way. When I cut the kabobs, they were not uniform because the skewers were in slightly angled from hand insertion. Not a product I can sell, some of the kabobs had meat falling off the skewers. I used pork lions sliced about 1" thick.

Works great for the year round BBQ chief....

Doesn't work as expected. Cuts to meat too close to the skewer and when you take the box apart to get the skewers out, the meat falls off of the sticks. Great idea. Poorly executed.I have two of these that I can't use or return. Back to making kabobs the old fashioned way.

From the first experience - i'm not impress, i had to pick by hand at some point... Maybe i have to try with different way of pre-cutting the meat
