Personal Face Trainer, Smile Beauty Exerciser Facial Smile Maker Trainer Forming Mouth Exerciser for Muscles Stretching Lifting Exercise Lips Trainer(Green)

I hoped this little device would be helpful to train my muscles to smile instead of frown. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to use it. I've tried every angle in my mouth, but the part inside the mouth does not work infront of teeth, behind teeth or under tongue. Each method caused a ridiculous angle for the smile and was ridiculously undcomfortable. This item is now in the bin.

Was skeptical of buying, decided to because the cost was low. I know it recommended a minute or two of use at a time, but I left it on for 20 minutes and after those 20, I immediately noticed a difference. I use every day now and my smile has improved significantly. I only use for 5 minutes a day in the morning when I wake up. The size is not terrible I have a large mouth.

This is the 2nd day I've had it and it seems to be working, but I leave it in for 6-8 hours a day, basically when no one else is around. The size is about right. I always go overboard when following instructions or I don't get results, like my teeth whitening kit from the dentist, they said wear it 30 minutes a day, but I wear it for 2-3 hours, sometimes overnight, and my teeth have whitened up nicely.

I couldn't figure out how this thing worked or could do anything. No instructions included.

It's cute and it did seem to be helping. I wish it had a wider upgrade, because my mouth is over it already, but I'll just find a bigger one.

This thing is HORRIBLE!!! Complete waste of money. I don’t know how this could work for someone.

I’m not sure how effective is, but I understand the purpose and concept. It’s supposed to help stave off RBF “resting bitch face”, where heredity or age turns the corners of your mouth down when you have have no expression on your face, and makes you look grumpy just because you are not smiling.The soft silicone makes it comfortable to wear. If you aren’t able to figure out how to where it, look up “smile trainer” or “happy face” on YouTube.Stretched out, it measures from outside end to outside end, about 4 inches. It indents in a V shale on each side, so that from where it goes from one corner of the mouth to the other, it stretches about 3.25 inches.I actually wouldn’t mind if it was a little longer. It may have been designed for a somewhat smaller mouth than my Euro-American smile, but I will see how well it works for me.It was delivered within 2 days - thank you for that.
