Works for menstrual cramps
Got this for my girlfriend, as she has strong menstrual cramps. It helps reduce the pain, and some ibuprofen helps take it down even further.Would recommend to be careful when warming it in the microwave; Don't leave it in there for too long, as it can get very hot!
