Purina Tidy Cats Non Clumping Cat Litter, Instant Action Low Tracking Cat Litter - 20 lb. Bag

I have always used Worlds Best Cat Litter, on and off for 5 years. I switched to the breeze pellets for about 2 years, then back to normal litter as I got more cats. I bought this because it was cheap, in all honesty, infact it just sat in the amazon box until I went through my other litter. I really should of just switched as soon as I got it because I LOVE this litter. 3 cats can stink up 3 litter boxes quickly over the course of spot cleaning and even daily cleaning but this litter is very, very good at elimanating odors. I would come home and when I opened the front door just get hit with litter box smells but not with this brand. Was always scared of clay and that's why I stayed with the other litter for so long but there is very little dust and my cats actually shift the litter around less with this brand. Clumpiis nice, I don't use liners in my boxes but this doesn't stick to the bottom and make it goopy or sticky like other brands I've tried. I'm always on the hunt for the 20lb jug for around $8ish, best litter I've used.

I tried the clumping kind and went back to this. It lasts longer, and doesn't have the odor that clumping litters have.As long as I clean it everyday, (which is easier than the clumping in my opinion) it lasts a little over a week before needing to be changed. I only have one cat so if you have more than one, it won't last as long. But I like the way if FEELS cleaner, and so does my cat. She hates a dirty clumpy litter box. This is a good deal for me because I can order it and have it delivered which really helps me out. I'm a senior and lifting that heavy litter was getting to be too hard and potentially dangerous for me. (I have to carry upstairs). The four stars instead of five are because it's not big enough for the price. You can get twice the amount at Walmart for less money, but I can't carry it upstairs.

In a word.....perfection. The brand Purina has always meant quality, however, with this cat litter, they have truly raised the bar in the world of products that cats love to defecate upon. I hear the pitter patter of little socked feet, the scratch of each course deodorized granule. I like to imagine that my Harley is in a state of feline ecstasy as she tosses sand all over the laundry room for me to get at later. Then silence, a silence that can only mean one thing, The Tidy cats instant action clumping cat litter has done its job and caught the urine and fecal matter instantly embracing it in a loving deodorizing hug. The scratching resumes and behold the proudest cat from around the corner comes. She shows her approval of my tidy cats instant action clumping litter by jumping upon my desk and while I toil away at endless meaningless work, her butt constantly in my field of view no matter how hard I push her, she purrs and knows that she is loved.

I didn''t find it to be too dusty like some other brands I have tried, but the container was a bit heavy compared to another type I have seen advertised. However, it does clump well around the cat's business, Both liquid and solid. It picks up easily with a litter sieve. I ordered through Prime Pantry but because of the weight, I ended up with a half full box and lots of bubble wrap. Next time I will order it through regular Prime. Other than the weight, I do like the packaging. It is easy to pour unlike the previous brand that came in a large tub andI had to scoop it out with a cup. I gave it 4 stars because how do you "love" kitty litter?

When we have company over, they are always so surprised to learn we have cats! Our orange tabby, "Tiger" will get into their lap and there is never any litter tracked out of the box thanks to Tidy Cats Cat Litter, Non-Clumping, Instant Action, 20lbs. Our other pussy pal, "Poppy" well, let's just say she is a rather large, um okay, obese cat... who enjoys scratching and digging at the litter a little more than necessary. With our old litter, "Brand X" she would fling poop all over the floor, the kids and track pee and sand into the next room! Not with Tidy Cats Cat Litter, Non-Clumping, Instant Action, 20lbs! This cat litter seems to be the one that we always default when we can't find one of our preferred ones as you can find it everywhere. This works great and is useful but we have other brands that we like better and use more consistently. This helps a lot with order and is dust free but does not clump and that is one of the things we like the most from our cat litter, so this is usually just a backup until we get our preferred brand. I have 4 cats so I need that clumping action, this would be perfect if I only had 1 and did not need to constantly clean my boxes. Good product though.

I really love this particular litter and it's the best I've tried, which is why I keep getting it despite it being pricey. I also hate that it's on Prime Pantry and not in the regular store which makes it even more expensive. The reason I like this litter so much is that it clumps well, the smell isn't very strong, barely any dust, and it lasts a pretty long time.

When I placed my order the picture was in a jug and it said clumping. When I received it came in a bag and is non clumping. I was not happy. I prefer something I can keep closed not just an open bag of litter. And lets talk about the smell...smells like a cat has already urinated in it. I buy this brand in the big 35lb containers from Walmart all the time. Never had this issue. Maybe the non clumping kind smells different. Haven't tried to clean the litter box yet. We will see how that goes. As of right now I don't see myself purchasing this again.
