I have tried MANY vitamins and supplements for ADHD for my son and none have worked. We even tried a prescription supplement, but no avail. This is wonderful. It's not a miracle, but it definitely helps and my son can even tell the difference. We have tried caffeine therapies with him, but it's hard to get the amount right & I hate giving him sugar that will wreck his teeth. This has natural caffeine in it, something the other supplements lack, but that stimulant is necessary for many with ADHD. The only downfall is that it is a large pill that must be swallowed. My son can swallow pills with no problem. Id like to start my daughter on this too, but she can't swallow large pills and this tastes AWFUL. I tried squeezing it in yogurt or pudding but it was too strong of a taste.

We started giving this to our autistic daughter, based on a recommendation of our pharmacist. She is 2.5 years old, so we cut the dosage to 1/4, or 1/2 capsule daily. It tastes bad, so we mix it with some fruit preserves first thing in the morning. She takes this in combination with a gluten free diet and Metagenics Mito-Vive. The combination has worked well for us, and we feel that it has increased her concentration levels and actually helped to calm her during the day. Therapy sessions are much more productive, and we are pleased. It is not a miracle pill, but we feel that it is helping.

I'm a middle aged male. This helps me focus -- there is a noticeable effect. Although I'm very sensitive to caffeine and a lot of things, I tolerate this well. I take it first thing in the morning and I can feel it kick in less than 30 minutes later.

I used this product for about 3 months and I did not feel significant change on my attention issue.

It is hard to tell using it with my 12 year old who is resisting ADHD medications. He says it helps a little...

Works from the first pill. At least to me. Powerful product. I gave up Adderall :)
