Great brightness and perfect color
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this light to replace a bulb that recently went out in my closet.I selected the cool white color to brighten my closet when powered.The bulb fits well, and the color was perfect. It wasn't that white blueish color when on and makes a difference in my closet lighting.The brightness of 860 lumens worked well. It does flicker when turning on, but that's how these light bulbs usually work.Overall the bulb worked well, gave plenty of lighting for my closet, and the color was just right. The price for this bulb was excellent, too, considering it usually lasts for a few years. Therefore I rate this product five out of five stars.

Good but not good!
These bulb's are great and give a really good light,..not BRIGHT to blind you though!!! Downside,... they're for my mom who lives in a senior apartment complex and these are only sold online that I know of. Home Depot and other places discontinued selling them so it's kinda hard for the seniors to purchase them online because they don't know how and the manager sent out a notice to all of them that they will no longer supply these bulb's for them!!! If I was an owner of a senior's apt building, I'd have converted the 4 prong bulb's to a standard screw in bulb for them,...this is ridiculous!!! All in all,..the bulb's are really good!!!!

It's perfect!
My house was built in 1980 and the back porch light needed this replacement bulb. I am so excited to have it. It was exactly right and it was very bright and I'm very happy. Would highly recommend this product.

Read the specs closely!
I made a mistake ordering these as they are an inch longer than those I am replacing, though they work fine otherwise. I must have overlooked some of the specifications. Now I have a case minus one that I may end up giving to a local hardware store to add to their inventory

Exactly what I needed
I have a hallway light fixture that requires this lightbulb. It has been a pain finding the same lightbulb I had in it until now. I went to Lowe's and Home Depot and all they had in this lightbulb were bright fluorescent hospital-like color bulbs. The color of this light is nice, soft, and warm which is what I have been looking for. Very happy with my purchase!

As expected
The house I recently moved into uses these bulbs in wall-mounted night lights (it's a retirement community). I've only been here 3 months and, so far, have replaced 2 of the 3 night light bulbs through the house. I don't know if it's just bad luck or if these bulbs don't last very long. If one of the replacements burns out quickly I will look into replacing or converting the fixtures to LED.
