This is exactly what you expect. It is sturdy (as long as your wall is) and comes with all fittings (screws etc) in a bag. As long as you have a drill and a screwdriver, this is easy to fit. The actual towel rail is however very narrow and you wouldn't be able to hang a fluffy towel on this You could hang a small hand towel on this. I will use it for hanging hooks from instead. I wouldn't have purchased it if I wanted it for a bathroom towel rail. I am using it in a wardrobe to hook other items onto it.

This looks lovely in my downstairs toilet with other matte black accessories. Easy to put on the wall and study. Would recommend and buy again

The holes to screw it to a surface we’re in the wrong place & upside down.

I attached this to the hidden end of my kitchen island on which to hand oven gloves, tea towel and towel and it works really well.

Was ok but small.. check measurements.. I returned mine only because it was too small. Ideal for hand towels

Sturdy and easy to install, arrived quickly and was as advertised.
