Propper F549521-propper ACU Coat

Bought for the Guard uniforms .. I like it. Haven't tried the hot weather variant yet.

So, we're talking about the Propper F549521-propper ACU Coat. Listen, it's no lounge chair or memory foam mattress. Compared to the Hot Weather IHWCU Coat, it's like the less comfy, but equally ambitious sibling.Does it fit as expected? You bet. It's like it attended a tailoring masterclass. So no awkward surprises in the fitting room or field, for that matter.And it feels pre-starched. Remember when Grandma used to starch your Sunday best? Yeah, it's like that, but with a dash of tactical grit. Stiffness with a purpose, if you will.All in all, this coat gets a 4-star salute. It may not feel like a hug from a cloud, but it does its duty like a well-oiled machine. Try it, and add a touch of rigid charm to your wardrobe.

They run a bit smaller than expected

Nice coat but your sizes are all jacked up either to big and to long in the sleeves or to short and Still to long in the sleeves ..

Great quality but it runs pretty big in the belly. I wear an XL in normal jackets. It this fits fine in the arms, shoulders and chest. It’s just really big in the belly. I washed it on extra hot and dried it on extra hot too. It shrank a little but not enough. Might just get it tailored. I recommend getting a size smaller than what you would wear in a normal jacket.
