Tearoom for Two Hardcover – January 1, 2016

I like to read mystery stories and these are nice, non violent books.

This book is like a Nancy Drew book for adults. I love all of the tearoom descriptions. The mystery/mysteries are not too deep, but keeps one turning the pages. I loved this first book in this series, and bought the entire set afterward. The characters are middle aged cousins with grown children, and they have opened a tearoom in Maine. Love it!

This had a good plot. I did have some problems with the use of pronouns. We needed an editor who paid more attention to pronoun usage. I’m a retired English teacher who notices pronoun overuse.

I really enjoyed reading this book. Loved Jan and Elaine and the idea of a tearoom in an old victorian house. I'm planning on reading more in this series.

As usual this Guideposts mystery is charming and an enjoyable read. Love this spiritual influence as well. Hope you enjoy it as well.

Loved the book, just enough mystery to keep you wanting to read to see what happens next. Can't wait to read the second book.
