This is the coolest curling iron as in i love it. The curl you get is a beach wavey curl. Effortless to do.

Doesn't give the look I was going for, it leaves these weird oblong creases in your hair.

This item works great, but not made for shoulder length hair. It is a little too wide! My step daughter has very long hair, so I gave it to her and so far she loves it!

This is such a good idea! It does beach waves perfectly, the only thing that I find annoying is that it is so easy to accidentally push the temp button up or down and even off. I sometimes use the glove, sometimes I put my life into my own hands and don't, I haven't burned myself yet and I have used it 5 times or so. Would be nice if they included a hot pad as it has a tendency to move around when you set it down, I use the one from another product but they should consider adding one so that you do not burn your counter top. It gets hot fast, works great and is easy to clean, it does take a bit for it to cool down so be careful around it for about 20 mins after.

PROs:-This curling is great. I love the natural looking curls. It gets super hot.- I got it at Target for less than $20, so look for a better price than what it's listed for here.- Has a temp lock, which is essential because of where the controls are located. I kept changing the temp by accident while I was using. Then I found out if you hold the '-' for 2 seconds it locks the controls. My fault for not reading the owner's manual, but it could have been a little more intuitive.CONs:- As mentioned above, the controls are in a really bad place. I've seen this comment on a lot of reviews of Reminton products, I'm surprised they haven't changed the location of the controls yet. My only guess, is that their product designer is a leftie ;-) If you're left handed, it's not a problem. But for a rightie, it's bad. However, as I noted above there is a temp lock, so that should solve the problem

First no one seems to ever read the instructions. There is a lock feature to prevent movement on the settings. All the Remington wands I own have this feature.I watched someone on YouTube use this one. It gave her a beautiful wavy curls and looked easy enough. On me it made cramped curls that did not last long. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I tried several techniques and still could not get a nice wavy curl. A little disappointed because my hair stays on this one better than the ones that change in size. Also my other Remington wands really hold a curl for a long time. Not sure why this one would be any different but it is.This seemed like the perfect one for my long hair to create wavy curls but it did not work out for me.
