Sensory Bubble Column - 1.3m

Update: After a couple contacts with company we recieved a replacement just in time for Christmas!1 of 2 Came with a busted adapter. Tried messaging the company and emailing them. They have not indicated if they have sent a replacement yet. The bubble column looks great and works (we ordered 2 so we have 1 good adapter). But these are Christmas Gifts and looks like I will have to spend money for a replacement.

My experience has not been good. Ordered the product in November 2015 and April 2016 the bubbles stopped working. I contacted seller and got my initial response right away. They were needing more information, which I provided to them the same night. Two days later, I have not heard a word. For the amount of money spent, I was expecting the product to last at least 3 years. My last one lasted 15 years for a quarter of the cost, of course a different company...

We got this for Christmas and set it up Christmas eve. Come to find out there are no plastic fish included. Also the colors do not change it just glows blue. I have tried to contact the seller but am getting no response. If I could at least get an answer it would be a 3 star review if they made it right with some plastic fish 5 star. But as of now 1 star because it did not come in as the product description suggested.UPDATE:The seller got back with me and helped me get with Amazon and had a replacement within 2 days. The Sensory bubble column 1.3m works great and has all of the items included. Would recommend this to anyone my kids love it.

Great item, did not arrive in prime shipping speed, but worth it when it did arrive. My 4 year old with ASD & CP is mesmerized.

If you want to do a Snoezelen room on a budget, this is the product you need. In fact, you need 3 of them. My son was hospitalized for almost a month and we visited the hospital's Snoezelen room every single day. The room was so effective for him that we decided we had to have a similar room at home, And then we started pricing the equipment. Holy smokes! $5,000 for a bubble column?! Finding this affordable bubble column was a godsend. We actually ordered this one and the double column, but we had some breakage-in-transit issues with the double column. The seller, however, was fabulous to deal with. We HIGHLY recommend both this product AND the seller!
