No taste, quicker effect, easier process.
I HATE capsules, they are disgusting smelling and tasting. They stick to your throat, they stick in your stomach, and they take a long time to dissolve. The gelatin ones are unappealing and the plant fiber based ones, are even worse. Plus you have to take between three and fifteen of them to get a proper dosage for most plant based medicines. These solve ALL of the problems. They are tasteless which is the biggest plus, because thats really what stops me from taking things which could improve my life. If you wet them properly they go down super easy without sticking. If you don't it's fine too, though a bit plasticy feeling. After taking Kratom I started feeling the effects in about ten minutes as oppossed to the hour or more that is usual with capsules. These are a bit expensive, and you have to be careful while handling them, but honestly they are worth it.

Fantastic
These pouches are great. I have used the disks and the squares and those work too, especially if you need to take 3 g or more (personally, I have a hard time swallowing something that big). These pouches are the easiest and fastest way to take my herbal supplements.Love them.

Great!
I use these for kratom but they can be used for all types of things. I've actually used them before for finely ground up mushrooms and it worked quite well. In kratom terms they can comfortably fit 4g, 4.5g if you really stuff it. To fill I usually shake it a bit, then grab the front of the pouch and push it back. You can then fold the sides in and top over, which I wet with a tiny bit of saliva on my finger. Works perfectly.Just wish they were as cheap as they used to be! I remember them being $9 and now they're pretty much double. I get it though, inflation. Hopefully the price can be reduced to at least $14 sometime.

These are so much better than the discs. Even better than I thought they’d be.
These are great. If you’ve only used the flat disc shaped ones and not the pouches, and you’re wondering if it’s worth it to get these instead- it is! Before I would take two of the discs and lick the edges and fold them in to make a pouch and it was always annoying as hell. They also don’t seem to be as sticky once they’re in your mouth. Swallowing them is a lot easier. The other ones made me think I’d end up choking myself lolThese are the way to go!Only issue is pulling them apart can be a challenge since they’re so thin and they’re packaged so they sit inside each other, but honestly barely worth mentioning

It’s an option
After learning how to wrap them they are quite useful. I used them for Kratom.

Very easy to use
Extremely thin and tasteless. I recommend watching YouTube videos on how to use these, that helped me a ton. I find it is important to put swish it around in my mouth with my drink of choice for a second or two and it goes down super smooth. Some people dip it in water quickly then swallow.

Easy does it...
If you have to take anything by mouth that is nasty to the taste, these oblates are perfect. Put the medicine in the pouch, I dip in liquid to seal and swallow. Goes down easy without any taste. Perfect for herbal concoctions😊

(Mostly) Easy to use. Quick and convenient choice for dosing with Kratom.
I've heard bad things about the oblate discs, and how hard they are to use. I used the pre-rolled/ folded pouches. Some people say they dissolve to quickly and the film bursts in your mouth, but I've used them 4 times since I got the package with no problems and it's a much better/faster alternative to taking my kratom, than eating double digit amounts of capsules or having to make a drink with it. Totally reccomend it.
