Total junk! The units are only powerful enough to work properly on totally fresh brand new batteries.Each one takes 4 AA batteries. I put new Amazon AA batteries in each and they both are only good for about 6 presses of the button before they become too weak to turn the mechanism and grind anything. Change the batteries and same thing; half a dozen pops and it’s time for new batteries again.Went through this circus about 10 times with each unit before totally giving up. Even tried putting less salt and pepper in each, and messed with the grind settings. None of it mattered. Don’t wast your time or money!

I really do like our new electric grinders. They have a sleek design and it comes with a block that they sit on.

The product requires too many batteries

These are good grinders. My salt one struggles to grind by himilayan salt, which is tough for me because I want to use it all the time, but it seems to get jammed and not grind. I like the light, that is a good feature.

The light in one of them never did work. The light wasn’t that important to me. Only after a couple of weeks the salt grinder quit working. You can hear it trying to grind the salt, but no salt comes out. I’m thinking the gears stripped. That should not happen after a couple of weeks of use.

Good grinders overall. Work great just wish it was a little easier to install the batteries.

The media could not be loaded.  The salt grinder only lasted 4 days !!! The pepper grinder lasted a week !!! Any product is only as good as it's weakest component.The grinder mechanism might be top quality ceramic but the motor turns that top quality ceramic grinder by way of PLASTIC COGWHEELS or gears. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know what happens when you put countless hard crystals of salt in multiple grinder teeth and drive those filled teeth by one tiny plastic toothed gear.HELLO !!!! The plastic gear is only as strong as EACH TINY THIN TOOTH on the gear. It is a terrible piece of engineering. GUARANTEED TO FAIL !!!!
