First the grip or the handles get very slippery with smallest amount of wetness or poultry fat. Second the lucking device is at the end with no nich to hold it, therefore it opens all the time

got this for cutting chicken thighs for dog food they will not cut them cant hold meat and bone spits meat out uncut
