I ordered this for a desktop to get something very inexpensive that was better than the chintzy monitor speakers, and this was the most affordable 2.1 setup I could find. I was concerned about other reviews that suggested there was a hum or buzz from the speakers when at middle volumes. I am pleasantly surprised to say that I have not experienced any such issues and the sound is clean and surprisingly loud for the size. I did power it into an independent USB power source which may have made the difference on the buzz. In any case, the bottom line is that this is a serviceable setup for desktop sound that is much better than more expensive 2.0 systems (bars, etc.) that I have used - the ability to have better stereo separation and the compact size of the sub make it much more flexible and the performance is very nice for the price. It won't blow you away, but for $25 there's not a better solution of which I'm aware.

Le son est d'une qualite irreprochable et la bass est vraiment mignonne ! 23euro c'etait presque donner ! seul petit bemol, les fils ne sont pas sexy et sont assez court pour l'usb et Jack.. le Son gresile si on est alimenter en usb seulement ( sur ma tour avec une bonne carte son, un peu pas cool ! ) donc privilegier une prise avec adaptateur, plus de gresillement mais un leger son d'air qui sort des baffe, tres peu audibles pour ma part et seulement quand elle sont en silence total. donc je recommande malgres certains default
