we have used several other IPL devices . so we are familiar with their caveats. such as insuring the user `s suitable skin color and hair color combination. as well as be sure that it is not used on moles or scars. there are a lot of warning to observe before embarking on an IPL session. so you need make sure that you need this device.the IPL device remove hair without it regrowing. it takes a lot of time and also the first ones were for lager area. this device can be used on face as well as bikini line and under arms.the power is not as strong as other pro models available and so the results are not as noticeable as quickly. maybe the result are ecpected in 3-4 month for others. you will want to continue using it to remove hair in a long period of time and gradually you wil need to do less and less.it lasts for 400000 flashes of the laser which may be used for a few years. bear in mind thar a few years later, you unwanted hair won`t grow back with luck anyway. so it does work out well in the end .

Arrive in time. Has instruction book in English and German. As for performance, The buttons are not registering they are like touch sensors. Also, I only used it once since it just arrived. Therefore for the hair removal I can't comment yet. The unit's instruction don't have reference to a company that manufactured the unit, help phone number or any other useful information. The seller wrote me back saying he is responsible for the warranty or exchange. This is not very encouraging b/c if he no longer selling on Amazon, not sure he will take care of the warranty. I googled the name of the unit and found that the same unit sold by "Hena.co" on the web for $20 more but ships from US and have company support phone and email. Not sure that it was rebranded by the seller or what. Seller did not comment on this matter.
