I have this keychain attached to a fob for a 2016 Challenger keyless ignition pushbutton engine start.Plastic face of roadrunner fell of next day, by itself while key fob was on the counter. It was never used or in my pocket. The plastic face of the roadrunner appears coated with chrome, and when glued to the metal part, the chrome peeled off the plastic face of the roadrunner, problem seems to be either insufficient glue, not properly attached or just defective. I contacted the seller via Amazon, and currently I'm awaiting instructions from seller to resolve this issue. I'm rating the product not customer service.Outstanding customer service, this company promptly replaced product. I certainly recommend this keychain and the company selling it.I'm very satisfied with both, the quality of the keychain and its customer service.

Quality issue
The character came unattached - I had to glue it back. Seems like a product that "doesn't last longer because of that."It looks great, by the way, but quality doesn't get along with.
