Mb-1100 Single Nozzle Easy Bidet, White

i thank you for the effective delivery from amazon for sending me an efficient product which works perfectly fine. i had to give you my comment to appreciate this since this is the first product i have received from you that is not defective besides the HTC one cell phone and the extension part in my coaster counter table that has not been replaced till now.

Bidet arrived on time, fast shipping! Works perfectly on my elongated toilet seat, installation was smooth no issues

The media could not be loaded.  DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE:Ok first off this was way harder to install than I thought. The diagram shows the t adapter attaching to the spigot instead of the bottom of the toilet where it actually fits. The other problem is the tubing is a tiny bit too thick to fit though the thumb screws and onto the nozzle like it is supposed to. This can be fixed by taking the thumb screws off, and forcing the tubing through the thumb screws and then putting the tubing on and then screwing them on. But this is no easy task. I am a very strong man who can bench well over 400 lbs and I used to work as a handyman, so when I tell you this is not easy I mean it. I could do it with a little struggle but I guarantee most people could not do this. I am wondering if maybe I got the wrong tubing.DOES NOT WORKTo add to this something is inhibiting the flow of the bidet itself. I initially thought it was my water pressure which is admittedly low, but I took off the tubing and it was surprisingly strong. I thought maybe it was the screws pinching and that made a small difference but still not enough to get the nozzle to even come out. Besides now I don't trust the thing alone, the tubing could fly off and flood my bathroom. When I pulled the nozzle out by hand it sprays just enough water on high to make it to the very bottom rim of the toilet, not enough to clean me. The clean feature works ok. Not at the full pressure that comes out of the tubing, but high enough to make me think the problem is between whatever separates the two and the nozzle itself.It says it has a lifetime warranty so I will attempt to call the company and get a replacement sent over.

Two things this company can do to improve their product:1. Better instructions. As stated by another reviewer the tee ins shown mounted on the valve outlet - not the bottom of the toilet valve. Better diagrams showing how the gaskets fit would certainly help too. I sell automotive components and if my install guides were as scarce on info as this one is my customers would scorch me but good on the online forums.2. The flimsyness of the tee scares the hell out of me - one can easily imagine it breaking and a flooded bathroom. Another 2-3 dollars for a metal tee would be cheerfully paid - I plan on replacing the supplied unit with a proper piece.Once finished the unit works well.

Arrived quickly, easy install, works great. Has nooks and crannies that make toilet cleaning somewhat more difficult, but don't see how that could be avoided.

i took this all the way to India,the hard-wear is not good to fix it .I thought they are universal like Joy bidet.

This one is better than the C1, and the sprayer will pull back up after used.Also comes with a self cleaning function which is a plus.Would recommend it to everyone.Edit 2019 been a few years and still working!

The adapter is not the right size to fit the water outlet. There was no mention to check the adapter size in the product description so I assumed that the water outlet size should be a standard thing, but after opening up everything, I realized that the adapter doesn't fit.EDIT: I had this issue and it was quickly resolved by the seller and I was able to install it.
