I take these vitamins in the evening, which is when I need a bit of B-Vitamin boost. (I'm also hoping they make me less attractive to biting insects -- but I do not know if that is so.)I get plenty of B vitamins in my morning multi-vitamin & another supplement I take -- so I bought this because the doses are reasonable -- and Folic Acid (which can be dangerous to health in large amounts) is NOT included. I believe I get the comfortable maximum in my other supplements. Happy to have these!

No unhealthy mega doses; levels near the new FDA recommended amounts. The only B complex I have seen without folic acid which men have to be careful about because of impact on prostate. I take a separate high dose biotin but that is worth it if I can avoid folate and other mega doses. I have taken vitamins for decades and have gradually moved away from higher doses and relied more on a healthy vegetarian diet, partly at the urging of my physician.

This is a rare product, since more than half the supplements on the market have dangerously high dosages of certain vitamin compounds which are in fact dangerous, far exceeding you daily need this one is perfect, my husband takes this with approval of his dr due to the safe beneficial low dose, his hair got darker too, less grey, helped his neuropathy too.

Okay amounts of B-vitamins without the folic acid. Not a fan of the "Red #40" and "Red #40 Lake" in the coating - just looks unhealthy and wrong, like retro supplements from the 70s. Whether or not it's harmful, surely it's not necessary.

Great price, easy to sallow, I feel it helps with energy levels too.

Didn't read the actual ingredients before buying. Turns out 2 of these equals the strength of one which I was taking. Excess filler and packaging. find something better.
