(i use them through an amplifier with a usb connector on the front). connect usb adapter into the usb on the amp, then connect the lead from the usb adaptor into the head phone socket. voilla job done. just make sure your in tx mode, also note it does take a couple of mins to connect. all in all a really easy to use item. verry impressed

have been looking for something like this for the wife. i work nights and the way this works is just brill. you need a pair of blue tooth cordless head phones. Despite me following the instructions and even seeking out YouTube videos, the adapter would not connect to my Bluetooth headphones. For some reason it would connect to my soundbar but not any headphones despite trying as directed. Very disappointing.
