about half the size of a regular skein of yarn, which is a bunch smaller than I expected but it's perfectly convenient. I only needed this yarn to finish crocheting a blanket for my aunt, and was hoping I wouldn't have extra yarn left over after the project is done. with how small this skeins is, I think it will def do the trick and leave me with minimal left over yarn, which is exactly what i was aiming for.
