I don't know if it's the shape of my head, but in order to get this one to effectively block light and not slide down my face, would require tightening the strap to an uncomfotable degree or a second strap. The second issue is the strap itself. At first it didn't bother me, but after a week or so it become increasingly uncomfortable sleeping on my back. If you can get this to stay in place and sleep on your side, this might work great for you. It was rather comfortable minus the strap and was nice to not have pressure on my eyes. Sadly I returned it and went back to my double strap silk mask.

I need, nay, require a sleep mask to get good sleep at night. I had a bad the same one for a long time that eventually frayed. I tried a few others and they were too tight or uncomfortable or thin. I would give a four star except that you have to wash it first before you use it. In the plastic wrapper it has a chemical scent to it that made it hard to breathe the first night. Once washed it is a great sleep mask.

This blocks the light while I sleep during the day, and being a truck driver, I need my rest to be deep and effective.I dont leave home without this in my truck.I have one I use at the house too, since I sleep days and work nights.R.E.M. sleep is so much easier to achieve with this product.Red Viking Trucker

This product is not intended for small heads or faces. It covers more than it should for a small face therefore it goes close to the end of my nose and light comes through. May work better for larger faces/heads. It is SUPER soft tho.

I bought this for use after Lasik surgery while the corneas were healing. It was perfect!

Good quality. I've been kinda light sensitive at night lately so having a hard time going to sleep without something covering my eyes. When I put this on I'm as blind as a bat. It's perfect. The fabric is very soft and breathable too.
