I have always struggled with finding a shoe comfortable enough for me. For some reason, some shoes just hurt my feet. This is especially true of anything besides a tennis shoe and especially anything with a heel.I bought the Lucky Brand Women's Basel Ankle boot for a great price, and when I got them I couldn't believe it. They fit well, were very comfortable not only to fit my foot but to walk all day in. They have a small heel so they look great with whatever pants I wear. I am so pleased with these boots, I will definitely come back to this manufacturer.If you have problems finding good shoes, give these a try. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase.

This is my second pair of Lucky brand booties. The size/fit is great! Very comfortable from the first day I wore them. Red boots aren’t for everyone, but I like “fun” shoes! My other pair are brown, well worn and still a go-to bootie for me. If you are sitting on the fence about these, jump off and order them today!

I always opt for Lucky brand boots..their leather is tarnish free smooth strong and long lasting..I've. ever had a pair wear out but often but duplicates in case. These toes are almond so very comfy and true to size even if you have hammer or broken toes etc. If you do and wanna wear socks size up a half. heels aren't too high..I'm 70...but still a fashionista! These can be worn with jeans slacks skirts..not dressy..leather is not shiny..it's smooth Matt black. Great boots..I got all colors. G

These were comfortable right out of the box with thin socks. I was concerned when the first splash of water from washing my hands that hit them made a dark spot, but later I couldn’t see where it was, so I think they’re going to hold up well to minor drips. Not sure how they’ll hold up in the rain. But love the color and the low but attractive heel: it’s not chunky looking, but offers a sturdy base. Not a lot of padding, so not sure I’d want to walk long distance in these, but I wore them all day on thanksgiving and my feet were fine.

These are super cute booties, and I’ve been wanting a pair this color for a while. And I managed to get them on sale, at the time of my purchase. Size 9, arch fit good, and over all nicely made. I have several shoes and booties in this brand, so I know I’m getting decent quality for the price range. If I had a complaint, it’d be that a little they are snug in the toe area, but just barely, not tight or anything.

I have been a loyal fan of Lucky Brand's Basel suede shoes for their comfort and stylish foot-slimming look, owning several other pairs in the past. However, my recent purchase of the "Carafe" colored pair was disappointing. While they maintain the same level of comfort and aesthetic appeal I've come to expect, the quality seems to have taken a step back.On the very first day of wearing them, I noticed that the heels are actually painted, and with surprisingly thin paint at that, which started chipping off almost immediately. This was quite a letdown, considering the durability and quality I experienced with my previous pairs. It's disheartening to see such a drop in quality.For potential buyers, while these shoes are a great blend of comfort and style, be wary of the "Carafe" color variant, as the heel paint may not hold up well. I hope this is not indicative of a broader decline in the manufacturing standards of Lucky Brand shoes.

It’s so comfortable, and the leather is better than a picture can illustrate. Totally impressed with this brand and the quality. You could walk all day in these. I wear 8.5, regular width, I have high arches and the fit is like a glove! Camel color goes with everything. I actually like these better than the black leather pair I also purchased before these. Believe in this brand dressy or casual. Absolute value for money spent, puts a little swagger in your step. Corny but true!! Editing as still love boots but the heel color is wearing off to show pale yellow plastic after wearing wet weather 3 times. These are fair weather boots? So sad it’s coming off.

These were delivered used! But that didn’t stop me from wanting to get them again! Customer service was amazing and I was sent a new pair. They look great with jeans! They are a little more wide than expected. Love how comfortable they are.
