Case works good but fingerprint reader sucks. You have to press extremely hard to get it to work and half the time it doesnt

What I don't like is that the case is so big I can't use my fingerprint reader or able to charge other devices

The phone is totally whaterproof in this case, but the fingerprint reader doesnt work, and the sides of the screen have bad touch sensativity. At times the screen would have to be pressed on hard for it to register that I was typing. Good for hiking and outdoors sports but not every day use.

I've spill all kids of things on this case. Used it with muddy, oily, & grimy hands and it cleaned up easily. Ran it under water before to get stuff off. No water got in. I drop my phone once a week. Really I actually do. The glass on the back and the screen are still pristine.About once a month you'll find a random fuzzy or hair between the case & the screen. You have to take the case apart. I use that time to clean the inside and out with a powerful sink sprayer. Shale dry it and come back in 30 minutes and it's totally dry.

Works well as a waterproof case, it definitely does protect against water but if you want your fingerprint scanner to work with it, I'd look elsewhere. It comes with 5 of these sticky circles that are used to bridge the small gap to the screen that's created by having a screen protector built into the case so that the scanner still works. The problem with those is that they don't stay stuck to both sides perfectly. It'll work great for about the first day but after enough movement with your phone, the circle un-sticks from one side or the other, leaving bubbles in it. I used the case for about a week and after the first day, every time I wanted to use the fingerprint to unlock the phone I'd have to use my fingernail to re-stick it and squeeze out all of the bubbles in it so that it would read my fingerprint. I use my phone for work and kind of rely on the ability to quickly unlock my phone rather than putting in a code. If they were to upgrade those circles to stay stuck (probably just making them thicker or something would work), then I would say everybody should have this case because besides the fingerprint thing, this case is amazing! The sound quality and volume of the speakers is not at all affected by having the case on it, people can still hear me very well on phone calls as well as me being able to hear them. The door for the S-Pen is large enough that it's not difficult to get the pen out. The hole for the charger fits every charger I've plugged into it (it's not super large though, so it wouldn't fit any that had a giant end on them), seems to be fairly shock absorbant (although I have not tested that, it just seems like they cushioned the phone well), and it's definitely well protected against water. I left the case held down under water in the sink (without the phone in it) for about 2 hours when I got it and no water made it in at all. Great product except for fingerprint.

Garbage product. They literally must have not known the whole design of the exact device before making this. They covered the speakers completely! Plastic built in screen protector makes the phone unusable. Fingerprint sensor stickers that are included let's you use the sensor 10% of the time. Save your money and buy a name brand case. Not this horrible item!!!!! 0 stars!!!!!!!!

So far, so good seems to be one of the best products out there. One important feature is that the screen protector sits flat on the screen, which is really Important. The only downside Is when using my S pen It's not as smooth due to the plastic surface; Although it is still very functional for taking basic notes.

The case does have a decent build quality, however the Q/A section and product description was mildly misleading in regards to actual form/function of the case. I was surprised when my pre-ordered phone showed up at my door 2 days before release, so I was rushed and ordered what I believed was a fair priced case to protect my new phone.Issues discovered within first 10 minutes and while writing this review-(1) The finger print scanner is almost unusable. Even following the written instructions, it took three attempts to get the scanner to work at all and it is unreliable at best. Once successfully installed, the "fingerprint film" leaves an obvious bump and distortion inside the screen protector. This spot ruins a beautiful phone.(2) Wireless charging function has been greatly diminished. I used the same charger stand I've had for several phones and different thicknesses of cases without problem. Intermittent connection was identified, but it seems to work fine if phone is sat at 90 degrees.(3) The Q/A section response from the seller about audio quality was "No problem for sound, you can hear clearly with this galaxy note 10 plus case on. " This was discovered to be an excellent observation if you enjoy listening to music coming from a tin can. Audio profile is greatly hindered due to the waterproofing qualities, but improves once you open the access bays for the charge port or S Pen.(4) The access doors for charge port is very difficult to open, and the case dimensions across the bottom make it a struggle to retrieve the S Pen from its dock.(5) The protective caps over the physical buttons are a minor inconvenience based on the depth at which they engage.Overall, I would say this is a fine case, if you preferred not to listen to music clearly, utilize your S Pen quickly/easily, or use fingerprint unlock. But for me I would rather not deal with the hassles presented by this case and will be returning it after receiving a case, along with a tempered glass screen protector, which will not give me these issues.
