I was a little confused at first but figured it out within a few minutes. It's Bluetooth but you have to be within 20-30 feet it program the system. I would definitely recommend them. I've been able to go out of town and have no problem with my plants once I returned.

I think this could be a great little device, but the software and instructions are beyond bad. I downloaded the Dripping Pro software from the app store. However, I am unable to set up the device and instructions and help don't exist. Because I am gone a lot I was hoping this would solve my problems. No such luck. I wish I had gone elsewhere.

Very easy and actually fun to set up.

The watering device was easy to connect to my iPhone 8 Plus using the Bluetooth connection. Calibration to get it to dispense the correct amount of water was also quite easy as well. The issue I had was app related. It does not do a good job of delivering on the programmed schedule and the app "recalibrates" time when you make adjustments to the programming. For example- in my "every 2nd day" schedule this meant missed watering days after filling up my water holding tank and re-adjusting the total water available in the app. A simple screen in the app letting you know when it last watered, how much water was dispensed, and when the next time it will dispense water would be very very helpful. Also, WiFi functionality in future models would add additional peace of mind so you could check in remotely to see if it's actually doing what it's supposed to. So for me, the search still goes on for a reliable smart indoor watering system...

This has so far worked really well for keeping five decent size pots watered on my apartment balcony that gets a good amount of sun through the day. The included tubing and drip stake things are ok, but I think standard drip irrigation nozzles might work better. App is ok, sometimes the bluetooth connection is a little flakey, but it does work and has been consistent for the month I’ve had it.Will probably buy another one for my indoor plants.

I've been running the product for a few weeks and the programmed watering is failing. What this means to me is that if I go on a trip I can't be sure that my indoor plants will be watered. The interface is limited to bluetooth so I can't interact with the product remotely. Overall I would call this a complete fail except as a manually operated device. The device also lacks the ability to keep time consistently so whenever I log in it first runs a time synchronization. I will search for a more reliable product.

Not enough parts to finish my system. Tubing not long enough and not enough connectors. Where can I get parts as US 1/4 inch tubing is too big for the system.
