Tried more than a dozen different cold/heat bags and nothing has come even close to this thing. For sports injuries these are great. We've used it with ice so far, for both a shoulder injury and a knee meniscus issue. Oh my gosh, we were amazed how long it stayed ice cold for!! Seemed like forever. As the ice melted it kept the water ice cold. Kept moving it from one injury to another apx 30 minutes each spot. And it was still ice cold. Loved how it wrapped around the knee and shoulder perfectly. We've wasted so much money on too many other products that simply won't bend as needed. And the straps - they are excellent! Used the long strap with the medium size bag which secured it onto the shoulder perfectly, slung across the chest and under the opposite arm/pit. Velcro attachment was strong & firm. The 3 size bags make them perfect for anything from smaller areas like smashed/stubbed toes to large joints like hips/knees/backs. Have yet to try them with hot water but are confident they'll be just as great for applying heat. We're thrilled with these and definitely recommend. They're classic old school and nothing we've found can beat them! Already buying more to give to our friends/family.

I am definitely happy I chose this product because it had exactly what I wanted and had been looking for. I love that it came with 3 different sizes of ice packs bags allowing you to select which one you need. The quality of the ice pack bags are highly effective for pain relief and do not leak at all. The black wraps are definitely value-added allowing for you usage in mobility instead of having to stay sitting and/or laying down like the others. Overall, I am very pleased with this product.

Ice bags fit snugly and securely in strap and it works well. Been helping my partner prepare for knee replacement surgery. On of the bags did get a hole in it when fit too securely with fresh ice so do not overfill or tighten strap too tightly.

My daughter had surgery on her leg. We bought an ice pad that was expensive and didn’t stay cold for long. Well I was looking for something else that would stay colder for longer periods of time. I saw this and thought I would try it and she loves it. It comes with 3 sizes in the box, it lasts along time and comes with a Velcro strap that fits over the bottle to hold it in place so it stays put. It’s cheaper than the pad we bought and does a better job. Definitely would buy again she loves it. Every household can use 1 of these for sprains, surgery and broken bones. Love it!!!!!

No leaking! Stays cold a long time. Straps are great for keeping the bag in place.

I have used the small one many times. Have not needed the larger sizes but they are there if ever needed.. Nice to have on hand.
