Q: what is the thickest phone with case it will fit 1/2inch 3/4 of an inch? I need a measurement not it will fit a Iphone 10 Thanks

7/16 of an inch is the max and that's pushing it.

No , Phone in a case does not fit correctly .. I'm a metal fabricator , I modified mine to accept an Otter Box .

Q: Will this fit a note20?

Don’t know but it fits an iPhone 10. I do NOT recommend this as it’s poor performance. I received a refund as the device could not hold the phone in place no matter how hard I torqued it. I’ve used hot glue, added spring washers to maintain tension but in a few miles of riding things invariably come loose and you have to check and re-tighten things. I’m using this on a road bike.
