Very good but WAY over priced
This is a 58 page booklet. It is very good in that it talks about food sources that most Edible Insects books do not cover. I am glad I have it.However it is way over priced in my opinion.

very informative
I'd have to be mighty hungry to eat a nasty slimy ol' bug. But I remember a story of Alaskan gold miners starving to death during the long harsh winter when ironically, they were surrounded by healthy edible food in every direction. Its a good reference book to take along on nature hikes. Knowing what to look for and where to find it is a valuable asset. I would highly recommend adding this book to your bag of woodcraft skills.

Eat a bug
When the shelves empty, you'll do what needs doing. As for me, I eat 'em because they need eating..
