Looks like a decent camera
Update 9/21/19, the seller was very quick to apologize for the format of the instructions and has indicated they have corrected the issue for you going forward. I did find the config files, got in and tinkered with it and it seems to be a very good camera with a lot of options. I will update once I get it installed and going.Ok, after a few days cool down period from opening the box in disappointment finding the instructions are literally shrunk down to 10 letter size pages on a legal size sheet of paper, I had to zoom in with my phone (literally) to begin reading enough to get started. Now I am playing hide and seek on the internet trying to find the config file to make it work. I will adjust rating as needed if improvement is needed.

Video had horizontal lines across the frame
I was unable to get rid of the horizontal lines throughout the frames of the video no matter what adjustments I made. On top of that the camera arrived with a different default fixed ip address. Normally they are 192.168.1.108. This one was .166 and the default name / password did not work. I had to do a manual hardware reset. Then the default address was .108 and admin / admin worked as the user name and password. This leads me to believe I was not sent a new camera by the seller Vivsky, probably a return from someone else.

Excellent IP camera with a lot of features
The camera is relatively easy to install. It comes with all the necessary accessories.Once connected you can use the embedded web server to configure all the features.It has wide range of compatibility with a lot of video recorder software.I am using Synology Surveillance Station.

I operate several streaming cameras around San Diego Bay. I purchased this camera to replace a genuine Hikvision that is on Shelter Island facing the north. This camera couldn't put out 5 fps. It's absolute junk. Avoid!

Works well. Build quality is good.
Good picture quality at day time. Night vision is not so good, but was expected based on other reviews. At day time can easily read car registration from across the road. Build quality looks very solid. Works well with Synology surveillance station.
