I'm happy with it, it works great, but it is a little weak compared to others I have bought. It is as advertised just the outfit is a little lower than I'm used to. Cleaning company wanted $10/hour for 48 hours (+$500 after tax) to ozone one 1,000 sq ft apartment.I bought this unit so I could ozone this and other apartment units for a lot less. Huge savings. The Ozone Choice 10000S Ozone Generator has two power supplies and two plates, the 5g/10g switch turns off one of the power supplies. The plates are "Mammoth Air 5000OG Replacement Ozone Module", top of the line stuff. see pictures. Fan is anodized aluminum (not plastic) output is very good - cools plate heat sinks very effectively to about 150°F @ 70°F ambient. Page 7, section 4 in the manual talks about a fuse that does not exist, unit fuse is not really needed for any circuit protection. Wiring is adequate, with bonded grounds to both fan and metal chassis. Amazon fulfilled the order in 2 days. Sold by: Firsd Choice. Bottom line: I would buy it again, it is a good value and a solid appliance. I will update this review if needed - including Firsd Choice/Ozone Choice response to me asking for 2 replacement spare plates.

First off, you should NEVER use this around people/pets. That said, I put it in a room and closed the door, but could still smell ozone on the other side of the (1900sq ft) house. So no complaints, obviously. Relatively quiet, too, which isn't particularly important, since you shouldn't be around it anyway.

Great product. We use this often. We do not use when occupied, and it gives off a faint chlorine smell but it dissipates!
