This should be a quick easy item to set up, but it failed every time. Instructions say to enter router name and password, which I did, then it says to click "configuration" and wait until device is added, but there is no "configuration" button to click. Obviously many have had issues because the instructions have quite a bit of space given to FAQs for configuration failing. I waited too long to try to install this and now I cannot return which is my fault but I do not recommend this product for sure!

Yep, only good for normal water detection. Able to connect to wifi easily, but alert only occurs on phone if Androidapp is open. Useless for alerts while away.

Had leak in basement and this alerted me. There is no notification through the app if app not open. That needs fixing.

Product was easy to set up. Connect to wifi quickly. Quick push notification to my iphone.

This detector is very Sensitive. and push message on my iPhone when water overflow. ios well, but not friendly to Android.

The unit would not connect to the app. I am returning it.
