Fun and functional. Would buy it again
If you are interested in challenging yourself in balance this item is both fun and functional. The recommended exercises are incredibly challenging (for those of us who never mastered skateboarding or surfing) and so you may find the balancing more than enough of a workout. I used this when working with my stand up desk as a way to add some stationary exercise to my day.

An incomplete order
Like the previous reviewer, my order also arrived incomplete. (Laurie, I have you ball!). Unfortunately I received a ball - but no board.Come on Amazon.com, are you kidding? What is going on here? I am returning the ball.

Good quality product
Good quality product, good exercise. My son (8 yrs old) and I have mastered the board in the beginner mode using the ball on the stand, but making the move to no stand for a more advanced work out has proven to be very difficult. I think one of the boards with a roller might provide a better intermediate step.

Great device, but has potential quality problems.
This is a hard review to write as I actually really like this device. I keep it in my office and balance on it through out the day. The only problem is that the center ball track has cracked and the break has grown to the point where the board is unusable. I have emailed the company about the issue and received no response.There is one at the gym where I work out and it does not have the issue, so maybe this is a one off problem. It would be nice to know that the people at Modern Movement actually cared.

This thing is amazing awesome if you want to work on your balance
This thing is amazing awesome if you want to work on your balance. I use it at my standing desk at work and it is fantastic. I was a little weary about ordering because of the reviews that were saying they didn't receive all of the parts, but I got everything and I got it all about 3 days after ordering. I am an intermediate level surfer so my balance is already fairly good, but this thing will definitely help get my balance up to a higher level. Buy it!

Board is great, Amazon will get better.
First order was just the board. (Original packaging was 2 separate boxes: one with the board and one with the ball.) Contacted amazon for replacement. New packaging has ball, board and a new item a 'ball stand' all included in a single box, so going forward orders should be harder to mess up.As to the board, it's great. Even stepping on it the first time, your muscles feel it! Just what I was hoping for.
