Not True to size!!!!
I have only found one daily bra that fits me right, feels good, and is comfortable to wear all day and that is the Playtex 4803 18 hour. In the past I have always got them from Walmart but I really hate shopping at Walmart and this would literally be the only thing I would go into the store for.So I ordered the exact same manufacture, style number and size as I normally in at Walmart and I get this Bra that LOOKS the same in styling, has the same numbers on it but it is much smaller. It says that it is a 42C. So the band size is SUPPOSE to be 42 but when I measure it it, I find that it is 34. That is EIGHT (8) whole inches smaller than what it has printed on it. Don't believe me, look at the picture. Why is the Playtex bra from Amazon so much smaller than what is printed on it and than the exact same one from Walmart?

It's comfy and since it is invisible under clothes I will keep it
I did like the bra on the ad picture. In reality the inner fabric is smaller than the outer fabric so the bra looks wrinkled.

Very good supportive and durable bra
When my last playtex bras were beginning to wear out, I decided to try more expensive bras in my correct size. I have a lot of back pain if I don't have a good, supportive bra. I tried Bali, Wacoal, Glamorise, and others, some with underwires, some without. In exasperation, I finally gave up and came back to this wonderful Playtex bra that I've worn for years. It was like coming back to an old friend. This bra is supportive, sturdy, and durable, wash after wash. The only reason I tried the other bras is because I couldn't find this Playtex bra in my size (38G). Well, this bra in 38DDD (the closest I can find it to my actual size) is far better than the uncomfortable, expensive, and supposedly most supportive bras out there in my correct size. I wish Playtex made this in a 38G, but I'll wear the size I can get, and I have no intention of switching again. Playtex, if you decide to make the larger size anytime in the near future that would be heroic of you. Otherwise, please don't change ANYTHING about this bra.

A picture is worth a thousand words...
So, this bra does the job. It’s comfortable, it holds the girls in place, it’s good for my “I don’t need them to look pretty I need them to stay put” job as a nurse. The problem is that the outer liner is weirdly not fitted well to the inner liner. I didn’t hate the fit or feel of this bra, so opted to completely hack it up and get rid of the outer lining. It’s a shame, because the liner itself was actually not terrible to look at. But, as you can see in the picture, the bra fits pretty well - it’s the outer liner that does some weird things and would absolutely look a MESS under anything that isn’t a sweatshirt (and I’m gonna be honest here, if I’m wearing a sweatshirt I’m likely at home which means NO BRA).So, buyer beware. I really don’t hate this bra - I just can’t figure out why the outer lining would be so dramatically different in fit from the inner. The bra fits great now that I got rid of it, but it isn’t super flattering to begin with and so given the hack job it’s really going to be function WAYYYYY over “fashion” here.

One of the most comfortable bras ever
My family was in the retail clothing, shoe and accessories business for around 85 years. So, I know what I'm talking about when I say that anyone who says these bras don't run true to size, I just want to point out that all clothing manufactures make things differently, and even the people making them might cut and sew things so that one item might be larger or smaller than the one before and after. I wear shoes in sizes 6 to 71/2 depending on the shoe or boot. Even within the same manufacturer, I will have to try on the shoes and boots to get the correct fit. Same goes for bras and other clothing I buy. I have jeans in sizes 10-14 because they are all made differently, and my pant size fluctuates over time too.I'm over 50 now, but I have always hated underwire bras. I had to buy them when I had no other options though. However, they always dug into me in various places, mostly in my ribs and breasts, and eventually the wires broke through the fabric of the bras, ruining them. So, a few years back, I went in search of comfortable, no-wire bras, but it was difficult to find them in my size. Then last year, I bought one of these at a big box store because I was desperately in need of a comfortable, no-wire bra. Very soon, I was wearing it more than my other bras, because it was so much more comfortable! It provided really good holding power all day for my 38-40DDs, and it was holding up well in the laundry too. So, I went back to buy a few more, but discovered it wasn't easy to find my size on the display. There just weren't enough to choose from. I ended up buying several other styles, but I really wanted this one again too. So, I jumped on Amazon and found it here. I bought more than one this time. So happy that I don't have to wash them quite as often, now that I have 3.

Best Bra Ever!
I had already purchased one of these at a store and decided to get another one. I have always worn underwires and this bra does not have it, but promised complete support. Well, it is absolutely true and it is probably one of the most comfortable bras I have ever worn, no wires and more support than any wire could every provide.

Life Saver
Ladies, first know, you cannot go wrong with a Playtex bra. I don't know who designed them some 50+ years ago, but this little jewel did not disappoint. I purchased the bra to wear for a wedding. I knew it would be a long day. This bra not only matched perfectly to my dress, (so if there was a "peek-a-boo" moment, no would be the wiser); but the comfort, comfort, comfort, is beyond words. I literally did not feel I was wearing anything at all. However, the support- - -WOW!! The lift and support was definitely Playtex. The luxury of the garment, was tremendous value added. I need 3 more made just like this one.

Not what I hoped
A little disappointed with this given that it is from a well known brand. The two main issues are that the outer fabric of the cups is a little larger than the inner lining, leaving a wrinkled baggy look. ( the inner fabric fits correctly, it's not the boobs!) Also I have found that even at full extension the shoulder straps are a little too short from top of the shoulder leaving the bra sitting higher than is comfortable. I am 5'8" and a more 'athletic' framed., broad shoulders and broad back, and I think that on a slighter frame this wouldn't be a problem. If I had tried this in a store, I probably wouldn't have chosen it.

So Comfortable
I have really struggled to find a bra which fits me well and doesn't dig in - this is the one!! I liked the original one I bought so much, I bought another. One comment if Playtex are listening...can we have it with a little bit of padding in the cups.
