Very disappointed
This chromebook not touch screen, although I thought I read it was. Also, it doesn't charge. It only works plugged in. I thought at first I just didn't leave it charging long enough but it won't work at all without the plug. I'm very disappointed.

Who sells a Chromebook with no battery?
Charger cable had blue tape on it with written in sharpie, Charger Cable does not work.2nd thing is both chrome books were shipped Without batteries installed.They clearly said 8.5hours battery life, but neither had batteries actually installed.So one working charging cable for two Chromebooks that have to be plugged in to work.

Take the advice of others and do not buy refurbished . I wish I did not.
The chrome book did not charge so I cannot rate the item. After calling customer service we tried different things suggested to no avail. It was returned the same day we received it. Needless to say we are very disappointed.

Perfect, simple, portable computer for emailing, shopping, etc.. Not used for gaming.

Worst chromebook I ever bought you get what you pay for.
You have to keep it plugged into the wall for it to work no built in battery

Worst computer ever.
No battery no charge, has to be plugged in to work. Now its dead and won't even turn in. I have a $100 dollar paper weight.
