Aonerex Sat Nav for Car Truck Lorry 7 Inch 8GB 256MB GPS Navigation System Pre-installed 2022 UK and EU Maps With Lifetime Free Updates

This product was nearly returned, several times. I couldn't find volume. And the volume icon when increased returned to soft every time I returned to Navigation. I eventually discovered, that on the Navigation page, upper right hand corner there is a 'button' that resembles an 'eye'. Touch that and a page opens with a volume scroll at the bottom. The system did however function well using the FM icon. So I decided to keep it. One issue is that the software to update will not execute. Dialogue box from MS pops up saying: This software will not open on this computor, check with publisher. " Contacted Aonerex who said that it works fine with Win7 and 8, but not 10 (ouch). Not a show stopper. System is lovely, bright, functional and easy to plan and save routes in history. And thank you Victoria at Aonerex for responding quickly every time I had a problem. You saved the sale.

Received the Aonerex Sat Nav but unfortunately it would not work , unboxed looked good quality set up was easy and first impressions were good entered a post code and it found the address quickly added all my vehicle dimensions and clicked to start journey it was very slow to load all the details over 1 min passed until it was ready. Then was waiting for unit to lock onto Satellite signals, kept trying to do this with no success took it outside into the garden to see if it would start receiving but after 10 min no satellites were found . Read the instructions and it said if you have a Sat problem to reset the sat icon after doing this and pressing reset it came up with the error message OPEN SERIAL PORT ERROR .Repacked the sat unit and send back to Amazon for a refund this was very easy and a full refund is on its way to me . Being a truck driver I wanted this unit as a inexpensive back up for my Professional TomTom unit sadly I would not recommend this unit as it did not work

Brought the Aonerex sat nav to replace an old one it arrived within two days of ordering and in a very nice box, a nice 7inch screen found it very easy to set up and love all the features that you can set up. Have started to use it and found for the price I paid it works very well and does what it says. Great sat nav .Gordon.

I bought this to use in my motorhome, as my Garmin does not have any settings for type of vehicle, and I feel I ought to write a review on this as when I first purchased it, I could not get the satnav part to work. After some assistance from a tech support person, I realised that because I had plugged it into my pc's usb port to charge up, it wasn't able to locate its own internal files. As soon as I unplugged it, it worked perfectly. Bizarre!Once I had worked out how to search on a postcode and add it into favourites, it turns out that this satnav works really well. I like the on-screen display of up-coming junctions, which lane to use, etc. Really clear. Similarly, the voice instructions are very helpful and clear (for example, it gives you a 500-yard warning before a roundabout or junction, then another instruction, for example "turn left at the roundabout, taking the first exit"). It is much better than my Garmin in this respect. It is also much clearer at some odd junctions (for example "turn right and then immediately left", when my Garmin usually just says "go straight on") and it warns you of all the irritating mini-roundabouts that Garmin quite often ignores.I haven't yet worked out how to tell it I'm driving a motorhome - I've used the Lorry setting and no problems so far but I'm sure there must be a better setting.

I have just recieved this sat nav product today one day after ordering. I haven't been out on the road with it yet as I only ride a scooter and the weather is appalling as I write. It is the 10/08/19. I intend to figure out a way to put it in a waterproof cover and attach it to my handlebars somehow but that is for another day. As to the device itself I found it very clear on screen and very easy to use. I just stood at my front door so it could aquire the satellite and in no time at all there it was connected. I shall write another review when I have actually been out for a ride when the weather improves. Lots of other features on the device as well if you wish to use them so it is more than a sat nav. I would recommend this product as it is very good for the money in my opinion.

Wasn't expecting much intially, but after using during my road trips to the country side and to the beach I can say it's top notch, really reliable and easy to use. The GPS itself feels like a mini tablet; there's a SD card slot for you to input and play your own music, radio within the GPS so you can hook it up to your car and play music through your speakers and even has games! The charging port appears a bit outdated, like all devices I wish it had Type C port instead. The display itself is vibrant and ease to see when driving during sunny conditions. I would recommend this for long journeys

Do not buy this product as there are no updates available so waste of money
